By using MockXP, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the required minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

• AI-generated mock interviews
• AI-generated feedback on interview performance

Some features require a paid subscription, managed through Apple's App Store.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Not attempt to disrupt the App's functionality (e.g., hacking, reverse engineering).
• Not access MockXP's private API by unauthorized means.
• Not create accounts using automated methods such as bots or scrapers.

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access to the App.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

MockXP leverages AI models to generate mock interviews. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, should not be considered a substitute for professional resources, and is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Some features require a subscription, managed via Apple's App Store.
• Payments are processed by Apple. We do not store or handle payment details.
• Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are provided except as required by applicable laws or Apple's policies.
• Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

• We do not require user accounts.
• We collect anonymous analytics data to improve the App.
• Uploaded content (resume, job description) is processed temporarily and not stored permanently.

7. Intellectual Property

• MockXP and its AI-generated content are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant us a limited licence to process it for AI-powered features.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the App's AI-generated content for commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MockXP is provided 'as is' without warranties.
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Modification or Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.
• We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Termination of service does not entitle you to refunds.

10. Third-Party Services

• The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control.
• We are not responsible for third-party content, interactions, or transactions.
